PETKIT EverSweet Ultra with Camera
The cats share this one fountain. It keeps clean water and used water in two separate tanks so they never mix, and it can be run entirely from the buttons on the unit without any app.
Refilling food and water
Feeder: check and refill
- Lift the lid by sliding the release button on top. Refill if it looks low.
- Add dry food up to the MAX line inside with Purina Pro Plan Adult Indoor Hairball Management.
- Reinstall the lid: insert the rear side into the two holes above the hopper, then press down until it seats.
Fountain: refill the clean water tank
- Fill in place: pour water into the Clean Water Tank up to the MAX line, then reattach the lid.
- Or remove the tank: press the unlock buttons on both sides, lift it out, fill through the faucet opening to the MAX line, reinstall until it clicks, then reattach the lid.
Fountain: empty the waste water tank
- Press the unlock buttons on both sides of the base and pull out the Waste Water Tank.
- Remove the Water Tray and pour out the waste water.
- Reinstall the Tray and the Waste Water Tank.
Backup water bowl
- Check the backup water bowl each visit and refill as needed.
Indicator lights and what to do
The feeder's Wi-Fi indicator light is slow-flashing white.
The device is not connected to Wi-Fi. Scheduled feedings still run as programmed, so no action is needed.
You want to give a cat an extra or off-schedule portion.
Press and hold the feeder's physical dispensing button, then release it to stop.
The Water Shortage Indicator Light on the back of the fountain glows solid red.
The clean water tank level is low. Refill the clean water tank promptly using either refill method above.
The Water Shortage Indicator Light on the back of the fountain flashes red.
The clean water tank is empty. Refill it immediately using either refill method above; the light turns off once the tank is refilled.
The Waste Water Tank Full Indicator Light glows solid red.
The waste tank is full. Empty it using the steps above; the light turns off after emptying and reinstalling the tank.
You want to top off the water tray without waiting for it to auto-refill.
On the control panel, press and hold the Water Refill Button to fill the tray, and release it to stop. Do not exceed the MAX line inside the tray.
The tray needs draining, for example before cleaning.
Press the Drain button on the control panel once.
